Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific ship the same or next business day; all other orders ship within 1–2 business days.

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship at the carrier rate shown at checkout.

Typical U.S. delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking by email the moment your order ships.

Returns — the 10-Day On-Court Play-Test

Every PHYR paddle comes with a 10-day on-court play-test, counted from the day your order is delivered. Play with it — really play with it. If it’s not the right paddle for your game, email hello@phyrpb.com with your order number within the 10 days and we’ll set up the return.

Paddles should come back in playable condition with original packaging where possible. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. [OWNER TO VERIFY: return-shipping responsibility]

Apparel and accessories: unworn, unused items can be returned within 10 days of delivery. [OWNER TO VERIFY]
