The 10-Day On-Court Play-Test

Every PHYR paddle comes with a 10-day on-court play-test, counted from the day your order is delivered. Take it to the courts — drill with it, play games with it. If it’s not the right paddle for your game, email hello@phyrpb.com with your order number within the 10 days and we’ll set up the return.

How returns work

Paddles should come back in playable condition with original packaging where possible. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. [OWNER TO VERIFY: return-shipping responsibility]
