All prices are in USD. We do our best to keep pricing, inventory, and product information accurate; if we discover an error affecting your order, we’ll contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund. Checkout and payment are processed securely by Shopify.

Returns & play-test

Paddle returns are governed by our 10-day on-court play-test, described on the Shipping & Returns page.

Intellectual property

The PHYR name, mark, product designs, photography, and site content belong to PHYR Pickleball and may not be reproduced without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PHYR Pickleball is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
